Refund policy

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING EXCHANGES OR RETURNS AT THIS TIME.

We do want you to love our products and will be happy to help if there is an issue with the product you ordered. Please send an email within 48 hours of receiving your order: info@groundingalchemy.com 

If a return is accepted, all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep the tracking information until your return is processed. Any packages sent back to grounding alchemy without contact from us stating that we have accepted a return, will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or anything that is meant for the skin). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
